At Keshav Craft Inc, we specialize in handcrafted furniture and home décor products. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict return and refund policy.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only in the case of manufacturing defects.
To be eligible:

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

The product must be unused and in original condition

Clear photos or videos must be provided for verification
2. Non-Returnable Cases
Returns or refunds will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

Damage caused during transportation or delivery

Damage caused due to customer handling, misuse, or accidents

Minor variations in color, wood texture, polish, or finish (natural characteristics of handcrafted products)

Custom-made or made-to-order products
3. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if replacement is not possible

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

The amount will be credited to the original payment method
4. Replacement Policy

In case of verified manufacturing defects, we will provide a replacement

Replacement process may take 7–10 business days
5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed or shipped
6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances
