Warranty Policy

1-Year Limited Warranty

At Keshav Craft Inc, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. All eligible products are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.

Products Covered

The 1-Year Limited Warranty applies to all products sold by Keshav Craft Inc, except custom-made .

What the Warranty Covers

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship that occur under normal residential use during the warranty period.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Keshav Craft Inc will repair the affected product or the defective part at no charge. The warranty covers repair only and does not include replacement of the product.

Products Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Custom-made-furniture .

  • Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches, dents, fading, and natural ageing.

  • Natural variations in wood grain, colour, texture, knots, and seasonal expansion or contraction of solid wood.

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper handling, improper assembly, accidents, or overloading.

  • Damage caused by water, excessive moisture, direct sunlight, heat, fire, or outdoor exposure unless the product is specifically designed for outdoor use.

  • Damage resulting from unauthorised repairs, modifications, or alterations.

  • Damage caused during relocation or improper transportation after delivery.

  • Commercial or institutional use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, please provide:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase(GST Bill/invoice).

  • Clear photographs or videos of the issue.

  • A brief description of the problem.

Our team will review the claim and may request additional information or inspect the product before approving the repair.

Customer Responsibilities

To keep your warranty valid, customers should:

  • Use the furniture for its intended purpose.

  • Follow the recommended care and maintenance instructions.

  • Avoid misuse, overloading, or improper handling.

Limitation of Liability

This warranty is strictly limited to the repair of the original product. No replacement product, refund, exchange, or cash compensation will be provided under this warranty. Keshav Craft Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.
