1-Year Limited Warranty Policy

Effective Date: 1st August 2026

At Keshav Craft Inc., we are committed to delivering premium-quality furniture crafted to last. Every eligible product is backed by our 1-Year Limited Warranty, covering manufacturing defects under normal residential use.

Please read this Warranty Policy carefully before purchasing or registering your product.

1. Warranty Registration (Mandatory)

To activate your 1-Year Limited Warranty, you must register your product within 15 days of delivery.

You can complete your registration through our Warranty Registration page by providing:

  • Order Number
  • Customer Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Product Details
  • Delivery Date
  • Invoice Number
  • Product Images (if required)

Important

  • Warranty registration is mandatory.
  • Registration must be completed within 15 days of delivery.
  • Products not registered within this period will not be eligible for warranty coverage.
  • Warranty coverage begins only after successful registration.
  • Registration details must match the original purchase information.

2. Warranty Period

All eligible products purchased from Keshav Craft Inc. include a 1-Year Limited Warranty starting from the date of delivery.

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

3. Products Covered

The warranty applies to standard furniture products sold by Keshav Craft Inc., including:

  • Coffee Tables
  • Beds
  • Dining Tables
  • TV Units
  • Side Tables
  • Console Tables
  • Shoe Cabinets
  • Bookshelves
  • Storage Furniture
  • Other standard furniture products

Custom-made furniture is NOT covered under this warranty unless specifically mentioned at the time of purchase.

4. What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers manufacturing defects such as:

  • Structural defects caused during manufacturing
  • Defective joinery
  • Manufacturing faults in solid wood components
  • Manufacturing defects in hardware supplied by Keshav Craft Inc.
  • Manufacturing defects in factory-applied finishes

All claims are subject to inspection by our technical team.

5. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches, dents, stains, or accidental damage
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling
  • Water damage
  • Fire damage
  • Floods
  • Natural disasters
  • Pest or termite damage
  • Mold or fungal growth
  • Improper assembly by anyone other than Keshav Craft Inc. or its authorized partners
  • Commercial or rental use
  • Damage caused during relocation
  • Color variations, wood grains, knots, and natural characteristics of solid wood
  • Fabric fading due to sunlight
  • Damage caused by pets
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Products that were not registered within 15 days of delivery

6. Warranty Service

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Keshav Craft Inc. will:

  • Repair the defective product, or
  • Repair the defective component.

Warranty service is limited to repair only.

No replacement product will be provided.

No exchange will be provided.

No refund will be provided under this warranty.

The repair method will be determined solely by Keshav Craft Inc.

7. Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim:

  1. Ensure your product was registered within 15 days of delivery.
  2. Keep your Order Number or Invoice Number ready.
  3. Take clear photographs or videos showing the issue.
  4. Contact Keshav Craft Inc. Customer Support.
  5. Our team will review the claim.
  6. If required, additional photos or inspection may be requested.
  7. Once approved, repair service will be arranged.

8. Inspection

Every warranty claim is subject to inspection.

Keshav Craft Inc. reserves the right to:

  • Request additional photographs or videos.
  • Arrange a physical inspection if necessary.
  • Approve or reject the claim based on inspection findings.

The decision of Keshav Craft Inc. shall be final regarding warranty eligibility.

9. Warranty Limitations

This warranty:

  • Applies only within India.
  • Applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Cannot be transferred to another owner.
  • Covers manufacturing defects only.
  • Does not extend after repair.
  • Does not cover indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Care & Maintenance

To maintain warranty eligibility:

  • Use the furniture indoors unless specifically designed for outdoor use.
  • Keep away from excessive moisture.
  • Avoid prolonged direct sunlight.
  • Clean using a soft, dry cloth.
  • Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • Tighten hardware periodically where applicable.
  • Use the product only for its intended purpose.

Improper care may void the warranty.

11. Warranty Void Conditions

Your warranty will become void if:

  • The product is not registered within 15 days of delivery.
  • Product information submitted during registration is incorrect or misleading.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications are performed.
  • The product is misused or abused.
  • The product is used commercially unless specifically approved.
  • Damage results from accidents, water, fire, pests, or natural disasters.

12. Limitation of Liability

Keshav Craft Inc.'s maximum responsibility under this warranty is limited solely to the repair of the affected product or component.

Under no circumstances shall Keshav Craft Inc. be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products.
