At Keshav Craft Inc, we specialize in handcrafted furniture and home décor products. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict return and refund policy.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only in the case of manufacturing defects.

To be eligible:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused and in original condition

  • Clear photos or videos must be provided for verification

2. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns or refunds will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

  • Damage caused during transportation or delivery

  • Damage caused due to customer handling, misuse, or accidents

  • Minor variations in color, wood texture, polish, or finish (natural characteristics of handcrafted products)

  • Custom-made or made-to-order products

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only if replacement is not possible

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method

4. Replacement Policy

  • In case of verified manufacturing defects, we will provide a replacement

  • Replacement process may take 7–10 business days

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed or shipped

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances
